Vital to the inner workings of the day-to-day business is Randy Hoffman, Chief Operating Officer. His keen understanding of best practices for dealership management, which strongly focuses on company efficiency as well as customer satisfaction, is what sets the Ed Morse Automotive Group above and apart from other dealers. Mr. Hoffman, with the lead of Chairman/CEO, Teddy Morse, work to infuse every facet of the company’s culture with an uncompromising commitment to customer service. Together, they are the driving force that has enabled the company to expand from 12 dealerships to 57 across the U.S.
The car business runs deep through the Morse family tree. Richard Danahy, Executive Director of Fixed Operations, and Brian Danahy, Director of Dealer Operations, have implemented a powerful shift in day-to-day processes, which have helped achieve game-changing productivity at every level of our company. Catherine Morse serves as a Corporate Consultant to the Ed Morse e-commerce department, helping build the brand’s online retail presence. Combined, these family members have over 60 years of experience in the automotive industry.
A key component of the Ed Morse Automotive Group’s excellence is a core set of values and a strong foundation of over 2,800 employees, we operate award winning dealerships in the states of Florida, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado and Arizona. We have also established ourselves as one of the premier motorcycle and powersports dealer groups in the country with multiple motorcycle and powersports brands. The Teddy Morse name is becoming synonymous with enjoying the open road as well as experiencing off road adventures.
Morse Operations, Inc. is also diversified into a wide range of brands and businesses including Freedom by Ed Morse dealerships, Cowboy Harley-Davidson and Powersports, Teddy Morse’s Harley-Davidson and Powersports, a 240,000 square foot Parts and Distribution Center that has over 60 trucks on the road, a NAPA Auto Parts retail store, several motorcycle clothing and accessory boutiques, and even a hotel.
